The included trays count may vary by model and date of manufacture. I think the newer ones have one metal tray and one glass tray, and generally a thin convection pan also.

The video resolution is 144P which is about 3x worse than standard definition. Not sure the extremely low resolution is much of a selling point unless they are trying to hide what the food actually looks like after cooking.
what model today would have those same features and also come with those same amounts of trays. Is there a combo oven model number that has the same? Please include model number with your answer.

I am so sorry I replaced my 2004 Advantium oven with this one. It does not brown and you can't clean the interior without Easy off. All the reviews say the oven breaks down too much, because of the heat. The Convection is the killer. I've had it for two weeks and the handle is already melted. A BIG WASTE OF MONEY. GE, please give me my money back and I will Buy an Emeril or Ninga oven and save 1,200.00 dollars. GE, you have gotten sooooo cheap! Finally, it used to take 5 minutes to cook a chicken breast, and now it is 16 MINUTES!
Re proofing the cinnamon rolls. How long did you proof them for?

Can this oven function like an air fryer?
Best thing you can do with this super expensive oven is toss it in a landfill... it breaks, GE sends a tech to fix it, it breaks AGAIN in the exact same way, and they want to charge you another $200 for the same repair they failed to do the last time. It's sad they can't make an appliance that doesn't even last 2 years before falling apart. DO NOT BUY!
